The Puerto Rico Health Care Counsil is focused on promoting initiatives that will improve the life of our people and promote the development of new business in the field. Some key initiatives include: promote clinical research (CR) in Puerto Rico, develop a Health Statistics Center, advance the curriculum and certification programs as well as the establishment of CR certified laboratories.
